Chapter 3: The Preparation & Training
  1. Walking the beach
  2. I was out of shape and at least 60 pounds overweight. I was 262 pounds the day we left on the walk.
  3. Walking to the Cove
  4. Support of our friends and family
  5. Finding equipment
  6. Researching and purchasing food
  7. Dehydrating and making jerky
  8. Telling everyone about the walk and their reaction to it.
  9. Support of Christine, Raine, Kathy and the AYC.
